Improve Your Strength and Balance

Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m., Room 100 West
You are invited to join an “easy” exercise class in a comfortable group setting. The goal: spend 30 minutes on exercises that will stretch and strengthen in an attempt to improve our flexibility and balance. No special clothes or shoes needed for these exercises. There is no fee or registration. Led by Debbie Moss. This class has been scheduled for your convenience on the same days as Mid-Week, which will follow in Social Hall.
Contact: Debbie Moss at 871-7324 or debbie.moss@dawsonchurch.org

LifeBuilders at Dawson:

SUNDAY SCHOOL classes for senior adults
8:30 a.m. or 9:40 a.m.
A variety of Bible study classes are available for senior adults (ages 60+).

Click to see list of classes.

Some classes participate in “topical” studies and others focus on an in-depth study of one of the books of the Bible. Guests are encouraged to sample several classes in order to to find the one that best matches their interests and lifestyle.
Short-term classes are available to help engaged couples and newlyweds begin their married life with a Biblical foundation.
For help in choosing a Bible study class, come to the welcome centers located in the Foyer of the Main Building. Hosts or hostesses will assist you and help you find the classroom.
